Before you start reading this, you'll need to get a feel of the place to understand the explanations in the next few paragraphs. For the plans of the the various rooms click here: Plan A, Plan B, Plan C. Now that you're oriented with the place, we can now describe to you which rooms are going to be used:

Standing Committee Meetings, Regional Meetings and Trainings will be held in Windsor (A and B), Manchester and Trelawny and Portland A Rooms.

The VPE Sessions will be in the Hanover Room, the EB room will be the Middlesex Room and Presidents' sessions will be held in Portland B.

The Plenary Team and Financial Committee will have the Pre-function area converted for their use.

The Opening Ceremony, Closing Ceremony, Project Presentations, Theme Presentations, Presidents' Sessions and, our favorite part of GAs, Plenaries, will we held in our largest room, the Portland Ballroom.

Coffee Breaks will be in the Foyer Areas and, of course, all rooms will be equipped with flip charts, markers, LCD, projectors etc. and all the Tele-Communications Sub-Committee is organizing all of this for you.
