Early Registration opens
on April 15 and closes on May 17 (UTC). Late registration
opens on May 18 and closes on June 15 (UTC).
Each National Member Organization
(NMO) is allowed a quota of eight (8) delegates.
They will be registered as early, only if they
register in the early registration period. A further
eight are allowed as late registrants, for a total
of 16 delegates.
Only eight (8) of the
sixteen (16) delegates are permitted to register
as early, even if all delegates register within
the early registration period. The NMO president
must decide which 8 will be early registrants
and inform the Organizing Committee and which
delegates will be late registrants. NMOs
with extra delegates above the allowed quota of
8, must pay an additional €25 per extra delegate,
towards the IFMSA Central Budget.
Additional delegates above
the total of 16 are allowed in the form of Alumni,
Externals, Observers and IFMSA Officials, as these
are outside the allowed maximum of sixteen (16)
delegates. Delegates must then pay fees according
to whether they are early or late registrants
or Officials or otherwise. (See fees below). Any
delegate, whose registration is not complete by
the close of the early registration, will have
to register as late.
There are two ways to pay for your fees:
- Wire transfer to the AM08 bank account
- Online, using a Credit Card
Wire transfers should be sent to the following Bank:

NB: It is recommended
that the NMO makes one payment on behalf of all
the delegation to avoid the excessive bank charges
to delegates if payments were to be made individually,
as well as for an easier correlation of fee payments
from all the NMOs.
Please ensure that you
send additional money in your wire transfer, in
excess of the total cost of registration and taxes
for your delegation. This is necessary to cover
the cost of the various wire transfer fees charged
to the transaction as the money is moved through
various banks to get to Jamaica.
Failure to do so will
result in less money reaching Jamaica than the
cost of your delegation's registration. If the
sum of money that arrives into our account is
below the fees owed to us, your NMO will have
one or more delegates not fully registered.
If more money arrives
into our account than is owed to us by the NMO,
a refund of the difference will be given on arrival
in Jamaica.
Proof of payment will
be required. This is necessary to match payments
coming into our account from all over the world.
You must do this by uploading a scanned copy of
the bank wire transfer via the registration software.
There will also be an
online e-commerce payment option to facilitate
credit card payments. The fees paid via this payment
option will attract a 5% commission charge by
the company providing the service to JAMSA.
Online Payments for GA
Fees are made through your Control Panel. To make
a payment, log and navigate to the Payments Page.
The directions there will guide you how to make
a successful payment.
